Speaker: Geoff Barnard, Steering Group member of the South East Climate Alliance (SECA). This talk is jointly organized by REG and Bexhill Environmental Group.

In November the United Nations Climate Conference (COP26) will be held in Glasgow. Targets agreed at this conference will determine global efforts to respond to the Climate Emergency. Geoff will talk about his experiences at previous COPs and also about his work with SECA, uniting local environmental, community and faith groups in the Southeast, in calling for urgent action on climate change, urging councils to raise the ambition of their Climate Action Plans.
This talk takes place during the Great Big Green Week (18-25 September).
