Rother Environmental Group AGM will take place at 7pm on Tuesday 28th January 2020, at the St Mary’s Centre, Lion Street, Rye (next to the Kino).
After the AGM business there will be two presentations / talks.
Firstly, a brief introduction to the re-wilding project at Knepp Castle, West Sussex by Nigel Jennings. It is hoped to arrange a visit to the project later in the year. Expressions of interest will be sought in order to book. This will be followed by a talk by Dominic Manning on ‘Rother D.C. and Climate Change’. Dominic has been involved in some of the early stakeholder discussions that RDC have held and will give his take on the current situation.
We are keen support the council in achieving their ambitious targets. Please join us to understand how all Rother citizens can play their part in protecting and enhancing our beautiful, local environment.
We will also be announcing out 2020 Programme of Events.
