Jointly organised by Rother Environmental Group and Bexhill Environmental Group, on Wednesday 30 October 2019, Dr Geoff Rayner gave a fascinating talk on ‘Diet and Nutrition Transition and Planetary and Public Health’.
There were 3 key themes:
- Human nutrition – We are what we eat
- Food growing – with wildlife in mind
- Climate breakdown – Will we be able to feed our kids properly as more extreme weather becomes the norm?
